Just before you're offered a place, we'll do reference checks. If all goes well, we'll make a verbal offer, which will soon after be confirmed in writing. A police check and a sanctions check will then be conducted as a final stage of the offer process. A sanctions check ensures employees have not breached sanctions laws or our own internal policies.
