Assessment Centre

At the Assessment Centre there will be a variety of activities for you to complete and you will be required for a full day.

There will also be an opportunity for you to learn more about ANZ, and our Graduate Program, through a series of presentations.

You'll be asked to go to the venue closest to where you live.

IMPORTANT - Bring along your passport (or driver's licence and original birth certificate) to prove your identity and residency status. And don't forget to bring the original or a copy (certified by your University) of your academic transcript.

Group Activity

You'll be part of a work simulation, which involves solving a critical issue in a fictional company. It gives you the chance to show how you’d respond to a given scenario, and requires you to work both individually and in a small group.

Psychometric Assessment

You will be required to complete a supervised psychometric assessment to measure your critical reasoning ability.

Behavioural Interview

Our interviews are behaviourally based and a great way for us to find out about your skills, qualities and experience. You'll also be able to ask a few more questions of your own.

You'll be talking with senior managers from the relevant business unit that you have applied to join. In some cases, you might be asked to come to more than one interview.
