About the Program
The ANZ Generalist Bankers Program is an exciting program which offers a small number of participants the opportunity to develop a career as a senior generalist banker by obtaining generalist, foundational banking knowledge.
This begins with a two-year rotational program, where generalist bankers complete four six-month rotations, within a selection of our business divisions and functions, including:
The initial two year program will include an offshore rotation. Through these rotations the generalist bankers gain broad experience and exposure to product and customer-facing areas via a number of exciting placements. Beyond the rotations, ANZ continues to support their careers through ongoing development.
ANZ's Generalist Bankers are placed in challenging and rewarding roles, complete on the job and formal training, are assigned a senior leader as a mentor, complete leadership development, career planning and networking activities and have regular access to ANZ’s senior leaders.
The ANZ Generalist Bankers Program is currently run out of the following main hubs: Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland, Wellington, Hong Kong and Singapore.
