During the rotational program ANZ Generalist Bankers will have a broad range of experiences. As an example, these experiences might include:

  • Leading a team
  • Working on a trading floor
  • Launching a new product
  • Managing a branch
  • Structuring finance deals
  • Managing relationships with clients
  • Assessing the risks on deals
  • Working on a large project

    After finishing the two year rotational component generalist bankers will have access to a variety of identified key development roles (globally). These roles will be selected in consultation with the generalist banker during the rotational program.
