Training and Development
All summer intern and IBL participants will be part of a structured program to ensure you get the most out of your time with ANZ. This will incorporate the following, as a minimum:
- On-the-job learning experience
- Allocation of a line manager
- Allocation of a buddy (this will be a past or current graduate)
- A one day induction to ANZ
- The opportunity to learn about ANZ more broadly via information sessions
- Two performance reviews
- A closing celebration
