Eligibility

Candidates must have exceptional future leadership potential and an outstanding employment history.

Candidates must also display a strong desire to become a senior generalist banker.

Candidates must also be mobile and prepared to complete rotations across a range of areas within ANZ, including international and domestic re-locations, as required.

Candidates for the 2011 ANZ Generalist Bankers Program must satisfy the following minimum eligibility criteria:

  • University degree qualified
  • Minimum 2 years professional work experience (full-time equivalent) at the time of program commencing in February 2011
