
Training and Development
Focus for the initial two years will be on the job ‘stretch’ training. This will be supplemented by:
- Program Induction 5 days
- Off Job Training 10 days per annum minimum (including technical/skills
- training)
- Senior Mentor Assigned for two year rotational program
- Executive Sponsor Assigned for each rotation
- Leadership Forum 5 days at the end of each rotation
- Ongoing exposure to Management Board and ANZ’s Senior Leaders
